Sprayable Polyurethane

NORMAC sprayable polyurethane coatings provide superior resistance to abrasion, corrosion, cavitation, and wear, ultimately extending the life of your equipment. The NORMAC NR Spray Series offers synthetic elastomeric products in two formulations: 100% Solids and traditional Solvent-based options.

Castable Polyurethane

Normac Castable Polyurethane Systems offer material handling wear solutions where low friction, high abrasion and wear resistance are needed. Our Castable products are known for their user-friendly room temperature curing characteristics. Yet all products can be processed with the addition of heat to increase cure rate.

  • NR-60LVHS

60A ultra-soft coating is chosen for its high coefficient of friction grip, non-marking surface, and noise-dampening properties.

    NR-80LVHS

82A semi-hard coating, formulated for safer application with unmatched wear, corrosion, and abrasion resistance.

    NR-95LVHS

95A hard coating with a low coefficient of friction provides effective anti-caking performance and excellent resistance to wear and corrosion.

Our ultra-low VOC formulations prioritize both physical properties and safety, minimizing health risks while optimizing performance. Engineered with versatility in mind, each multi-durometer system ensures a seamless, protective bonded layer adaptable for various market needs and application methods.

  • The advantage of our Solvent-based sprayable polyurethanes is the ability to spray small tough-to-reach articles. The easy application technique allows for intricate type application that can be specific and controlled.
